You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this Content for any commercial purposes (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically told that you may do so by F.A.C.Tnet Inc. as a nonprofit organization owned by Factnet Inc. or by the owners of that Content, in a separate written agreement.

Content License From You:

You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content, which you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting, or displaying the content you give F.A.C.Tnet Inc. as a nonprofit organization owned by Factnet Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling F.A.C.Tnet Inc. to display, distribute, and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services.

You agree that this license includes a right for F.A.C.Tnet Inc. to make such Content available to other companies, organizations, or individuals with whom F.A.C.Tnet Inc. has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services.

You understand that F.A.C.Tnet Inc., in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit F.A.C.Tnet Inc. to take these actions.

You confirm and warrant to F.A.C.Tnet Inc. that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license.

Submission of any content on the Factnet websites

By providing any content to the Factnet websites:

(a) you agree to grant the site editor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights.) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media, or technology already known at the time of provision or developed subsequently;

(b) you warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant the site editor the license specified in this section 7;

(C) you recognize Factnet as an internet information distribution hub, much like Reddit, Facebook, etc., and as such, you recognize you are financially and legally personally responsible and liable for anything that you post or do on any of Factnet's websites.

(D) you acknowledge and agree that the site editor will have the right (but not obligation), at the site editor's entire discretion, to refuse to publish, to remove, or to block access to any content you provide at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability:

you expressly understand and agree that F.A.C.Tnet Inc.  as a nonprofit organization owned by Factnet Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you for:

1. any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability… this shall include, but not be limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, any loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss;

2. any loss or damage which may be incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of:

3. any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services;

4. any changes which F.A.C.Tnet Inc.  as a nonprofit organization owned by Factnet Inc. may make to the services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the services (or any features within the services);

5. the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of our services;

6. your failure to provide F.A.C.Tnet Inc.  with accurate account information;

7. your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;

the limitations on F.A.C.Tnet Inc. 's liability to you in the paragraphs above shall apply whether or not F.A.C.Tnet Inc.  as a nonprofit organization owned by Factnet Inc. has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
